Mail In Watch Service

Our Mail in Service is fast and convenient.  Most services will be completed within 3-5 days and returned to you quickly.  Package your watch and send it to us or purchase one of our prepaid and preaddressed mailing boxes.  We prefer the U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation and this is how we will send your watch back to you.

Watch Batteries

How good are your batteries? We carry the freshest, highest quality batteries available. Instead of using a distributor, we purchase most of our batteries direct in order to get the batteries right after they have been made. We also go through so many batteries, it is easy for us to always have fresh models on hand.

Do you guarantee your batteries? Yes, while we don’t guarantee the watch, we do guarantee our batteries will last for one year. In most watches a battery will last a few years. Some watches that take 3-volt batteries will last 5 years.

How good are your technicians? We work on thousands of watches every week and after 20 years we have gotten pretty darn good at it. We have all the best tools and equipment to work on your watch.

What do you do with the old Watch Batteries?  We recycle them, of course!

Watchbands

What types of bands do you carry? We have bands made from leather, lizard, shark, crocodile, alligator, ostrich, pigskin and more. We have metal bands with fold over clasps and stretch bands. We have a wide variety of plastic sport bands for men’s and women’s watches.

Do you take links out of metal watchbands? Yes, we can do most models. 

Can you repair watchbands? We have lots of little parts like spring bars, buckles, cotter pins, and more. We would have to see your band to be able to tell if it can be repaired, but many times they can be fixed.

Watch Repairs

What types of watches do you work on? We work on modern watches or antiques. We can rebuild an old mechanical Hamilton watch or fix a problem with a Seiko quartz watch. Pocket watches, Rolex, and Chronographs are no problem.

How long does it take? Most mechanical and quartz movement repairs will take between 2 – 6 weeks depending on the parts needed and the complexity of the repair.

What other repairs do you do? We can change the crystal on your watch, replace the stem and crown, fix watchbands, reset hands and markers and more.
